How to approve a DebiCheck on Bank Zero

Bank Zero does not publish step-by-step DebiCheck instructions, and the Bank Zero pages we checked do not mention DebiCheck. Bank Zero says it has no call centre. Below is general guidance that is true for every bank.

General guidance: in your banking app

  1. Open your banking app and log in.
  2. Check your notifications or messages for a DebiCheck request.
  3. Check the business name, the amount and the date.
  4. Approve it only if the details match what you agreed with the business.

This is general guidance that is true for every bank. Bank Zero does not publish its own steps.

General guidance: by SMS or phone menu

  1. Your bank may send the request by SMS, or as a phone menu (USSD) that pops up on your screen.
  2. Follow the instructions in that message.
  3. Check the business name, the amount and the date before you approve.

This is general guidance that is true for every bank.
