- Look for a message or notification about a debit order or DebiCheck. Some banks send an SMS or show it in the phone menu instead.
- Check the business name, the amount, the maximum amount and the date. Only approve if they match what you agreed.
- Tap Accept. You do this once, not every month.
- Nothing came? Call your bank on the number on the back of your card, or ask the business to send it again.

Quick answers
What is DebiCheck?
A debit order you approve once with your own bank. Your bank then checks every debit against what you approved.
How do I approve a DebiCheck?
Open your banking app and look for the request, or use your bank's phone menu (USSD), ATM or branch. Check the business name, amount and date first.
How long do I have to approve it?
It depends on the request: within 2 minutes, by the end of the day, or by the end of the next business day. Check your bank's message.
Do I approve it every month?
No. Once, and again only if important details like the amount or date change.
Does DebiCheck mean my loan is approved?
No. It only asks you to approve the repayment debit order. Ask the lender if your loan is approved.
Can a DebiCheck be reversed?
Not if it matches what you approved. A debit outside what you approved can be disputed within 60 days. Stopping it at the bank does not cancel what you owe.
The request never came. What now?
Ask the business to send it again, and check your bank has your current cellphone number.
Is Planar my bank or the business?
No. Planar is not a bank and did not send your request. Planar never asks for your PIN, password, OTP or card number.
Did it work?
Done. Your debit order is set up.
You do not need to approve it again every month. You will only be asked again if the business changes the amount or the date.
What happened?
- Open your banking app and look in notifications or messages. Some banks show the request only inside the app.

A declined request cannot be undone. Ask the business to send a new request, then approve that one.
A real DebiCheck request comes from your own bank, inside its app, SMS, phone menu or ATM. It shows the business name, the amount and the collection day. Your bank will never send you a link to approve it or ask for your PIN, password or OTP.
Ask a question below, or call your bank on the number on the back of your card.
Who asked you to approve?
Type the name of the shop, lender or insurer. We will write a message asking them to send the request again.
Send it the way you usually talk to them: SMS, email, or the number on your agreement.
