Red instalments in Webfin.Worked until they turn green.

An AI collector for lenders who run Webfin. It reads the notes and the schedule, checks the NuPay result, agrees a plan inside your limits, changes the pay date within your settings and checks every payment sits on the right loan. You pay only on money that lands in your account.

Your morning

Today, without Planar

  1. Reports, Management, Age Analysis. It tells you what is overdue. It does not tell you what to do with each account.
  2. Payment System Reports: which NuPay instalments were Successful, which Failed, which are still In Tracking.
  3. Search Clients by Paysystem reference. Detailed Loan View: Transactions, Schedule, Last paid.
  4. A client says payday moved to the 1st. Notes, Add. Then Change Paydate, if the branch limits still allow another change.
  5. Another says she paid last week. Find the receipt before anyone sends a reminder.
  6. Meanwhile, new Webloans applications are sitting in Pending.

The same morning, with Planar

  1. 06:00. Planar's report is on your phone: what NuPay collected, what is still In Tracking, whose promise falls due today, and the few accounts that need you.
  2. Before you open, it has gone through every overdue loan and matched it to its receipts. Anyone who paid is off the list. Anything still In Tracking waits for its result.
  3. From the hour you set, it contacts each client in their language and agrees a plan inside your limits.
  4. The agreement goes in Notes and gets the star, so the next person sees it first. The pay date moves only inside your Change Paydate settings.
  5. When money comes in, Planar checks it sits on the right loan. One receipt can cover more than one.
  6. Your staff work the new applications.

The buttons your staff press

Webfin runs in a browser, so Planar logs in like a member of staff: its own user, one of your Access Points, and only the permissions you give its User Type.

Age Analysis and Business SummaryYour month-end picture stays in Webfin, the way you run it now.

Webfin can already send bulk SMS and, from 3.11, start Section 129 notices on its own. Planar does not send them twice. It does the work they lead to: the conversation, the plan, the date and the receipt.

Lines a lender nods at

  • Your Age Analysis tells you what is overdue. Each account still needs its next action.
  • A new pay date in the notes does not change the NuPay instruction.
  • Now Due and Instalment are different figures on your payment screen.
  • One receipt can cover more than one loan. The allocation still has to be right.
  • If the debit collected during tracking, use the actual debit date when reconciling it.

Your worries, answered

"Will it chase someone who already paid?"
No. Before any message, Planar checks the loan's Transactions and the latest NuPay result. If the money is there, the client hears nothing.
"Will it ask for money NuPay is still collecting?"
No. If the instalment is In Tracking, Planar waits for the result instead of asking the client to pay twice.
"When does it contact people?"
Only in the hours you set, and never wider than 06:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. No Sundays. Those are the limits in the debt collectors' code of conduct.
"Will it phone the employer?"
Never. It reads the Employment tab only to know when payday is.
"Who is in charge?"
You. Planar works inside the discount, plan length and hardship pause you set, and asks you before any settlement you have not approved in advance. Its Webfin user has only the permissions you tick, and you can switch it off at any time. Write-offs, refunds and cancellations stay with you. Every action is in Notes. Money goes through NuPay or your other pay system to your account. Planar never holds it.

The offer

1. A free check of your unpaids.

Send last month's Age Analysis and NuPay DebiCheck Instalment report, in whatever format they come out. We tell you which accounts to work first and why. No client is contacted during the check.

2. A fair test against your own team.

Pick a set of overdue accounts. We split them at random, so neither side gets the easy ones. Your team works one half the way it always does. Planar works the other half. At the end of the agreed period, you compare the money that landed from each half.

3. You pay only on money that lands.

A share of what Planar's half brings in, agreed in writing before the test starts. No monthly fee. No setup fee.

Planar is new. First pilots are open now.

Send last month's Age Analysis. We'll show you who to work first.
