Your NuPay report says Failed.Planar does what comes next.
An AI collector for lenders who run Delfin. It checks the NuPay results, keeps an eye on what is still In Tracking, agrees a plan inside your limits, changes the pay date on the pay system as well as the loan, writes the note and checks the receipt. You pay only on money that lands in your account.
Your morning
Today, without Planar
- Check for Debicheck responses. Reload Loans, Check responses, Go to Client, one at a time.
- Process payment system receipts. Then the NuPay DebiCheck Instalment Report: Successful, Failed, In Tracking, Disputed.
- Before anyone arranges another debit, check what Delfin's auto reschedule has already done.
- A client says payday moved. Change Paydates on the loan, and Change Paydate on Paysystem for NuPay. Both, or the old debit still runs.
- Someone pays cash at the counter. Transactions, Payment. Then the question: should the NuPay collection stay active?
- In between: new loans, file notes, and the cashbox to balance before Day End.
The same morning, with Planar
- 06:00. Planar's report is on your phone: what NuPay collected, what is still In Tracking, whose promise falls due today, and the few accounts that need you.
- Before you open, it has matched the NuPay results to every overdue loan. Anyone who paid is off the list.
- It has checked what Delfin already rescheduled, so nobody arranges a second debit on top of the first.
- From the hour you set, it contacts each client in their language and agrees a plan inside your limits.
- A new payday goes onto the pay system as well as the loan, and Planar checks the NuPay result agrees.
- The arrangement goes in a popup note, so whoever opens the client next sees it first.
- Your staff serve the counter and close the day.
Lines a lender nods at
- In Tracking is still a result you have to follow through.
- Before arranging another debit, check what Delfin has already rescheduled.
- Capture the payment. Then check whether the NuPay collection is still active.
- The important arrangement should be visible when the next person opens the client.
- Your staff are checking NuPay reports, following failed transactions and updating file notes.
Your worries, answered
- "Will it chase someone who already paid?"
- No. Before any message, Planar checks the loan's receipts and the latest NuPay result. If the money is there, the client hears nothing.
- "Will it ask for money NuPay is still collecting?"
- No. If the instalment is In Tracking, or Delfin has already rescheduled it, Planar waits for the result instead of asking the client to pay twice.
- "When does it contact people?"
- Only in the hours you set, and never wider than 06:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. No Sundays. Those are the limits in the debt collectors' code of conduct.
- "Will it phone the employer?"
- Never. It reads the Employment tab only to know when payday is.
- "Who is in charge?"
- You. Planar works inside the discount, plan length and hardship pause you set, and asks you before any settlement you have not approved in advance. Its Delfin user has only the permissions you give it, and you can switch it off at any time. Write-offs and hand overs stay with you. Every action is in the file notes. Money goes through NuPay or your other pay system to your account. Planar never holds it.
