Arrangement. New pay date. Receipt.Planar does all three in your ACPAS.
An AI collector for lenders who run ACPAS. It works every unpaid agreement: finds out what changed, agrees a plan inside your limits, moves the instalment to the real payday where your debit-order route allows, and records the payment against the right instalment. You pay only on money that lands in your account.
Your morning
Today, without Planar
- The non-payments are in. Someone opens each customer, finds the right agreement, then the right instalment.
- One client says she paid. Someone checks Payment Detail for the amount, source and reference before anyone sends another reminder.
- Another is paid on the 1st now. That is Make Arrangement, then Edit Pay Date, then checking the debit order will actually follow.
- ACPAS sent the reminders on its own. The replies did not answer themselves.
- Meanwhile, new applications are waiting at the counter.
- Before close, everything agreed has to be in Notes & SMS, or tomorrow starts from scratch.
The same morning, with Planar
- 06:00. Planar's report is on your phone: what came in, what is still being collected, whose promise falls due today, and the few accounts that need you.
- Before you open, it has read every unpaid agreement and checked it against the payments already recorded. Nobody who paid hears from it.
- From the hour you set, it contacts each client in their language, finds out what changed and agrees a plan inside your limits.
- The plan goes on the right agreement and instalment. The pay date moves where your debit-order route allows. The note goes in Notes & SMS, where the next person will look.
- When money comes in, it is recorded against the instalment it pays, with its source and reference.
- Your staff spend the morning on new loans.
Lines a lender nods at
- One customer can have several agreements. The payment still needs the right instalment.
- An arrangement, a new pay date and a receipt are three separate jobs.
- The client says they paid. You still need the amount, account, source and reference.
- A new pay date still needs the right collection instruction behind it.
- Your software already sends reminders. The borrower still needs someone to sort out the missed payment.
Your worries, answered
- "Will it chase someone who already paid?"
- No. Before any message, Planar checks Payment Detail and the latest debit-order result for that instalment. If the money is there, the client hears nothing.
- "Will it ask for money the debit order is still collecting?"
- No. It checks what is still tracking first. If the bank is still trying, Planar waits for the result instead of asking the client to pay twice.
- "When does it contact people?"
- Only in the hours you set, and never wider than 06:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. No Sundays. Those are the limits in the debt collectors' code of conduct.
- "Will it phone the employer?"
- Never. It reads Employer Detail only to know when payday is.
- "Who is in charge?"
- You. Planar works inside the discount, plan length and hardship pause you set, and asks you before any settlement you have not approved in advance. Handovers, letters of demand and write-offs stay with you. Everything it does is written on the account. Money goes through the collection route you already use. Planar never holds it.
The offer
1. A free check of your unpaids.
Send an Excel or PDF export of last month's unpaids from ACPAS. We tell you which accounts to work first and why. No client is contacted during the check.
2. A fair test against your own team.
Pick a set of overdue accounts. We split them at random, so neither side gets the easy ones. Your team works one half the way it always does. Planar works the other half. At the end of the agreed period, you compare the money that landed from each half.
3. You pay only on money that lands.
A share of what Planar's half brings in, agreed in writing before the test starts. No monthly fee. No setup fee.
Planar is new. First pilots are open now.
Send last month's unpaids. We'll show you who to work first.
